New camera / website update

Hi there

me and my dad bought a new camera today - a Sony Alpha DSLR-A350 - and in addition a Tamron 18-200mm lens. We have tested the camera for a while and we were really amazed at it. I'm looking forward to taking photos with the new camera on my upcoming trips. :)

Last week I also finished my online portfolio [link] When I was coding the site, I started to love Wordpress ... it's really cool. Nevertheless I struggled hard with a strange IE6 bug, but finally a short code fixed the problem.

At the moment I'm working on huge website for a new client. Stay tuned.

Hey guys,

today I passed all my A-levels with distinction, what means, that I had an 1.4 average .... I'M SOOOO HAPPY!
I took a picture of all my stuff I had to study, it was horrible! I had no time to go out or do something else - it was killing me.



Now, everything is over and don't have to go to school anymore - I'm done! HELL YEAH!!!!!

I just got an email of them and they asked me if I would like to sale some of my works there.
I'm not sure about this site because I haven't heard anything about it yet. :O_o:

Contests, Features, Portfolio & Designer's Cou

Hey guys

in the last two weeks some nice things happened. At first, the photo Needle In The Sky reached the 4th place of the Daytime Cityscapes Contest published by Cityscapes-Club Many thanks to all the voters out there, I'm really happy about it.

Furthermore :iconoo-rein-oo: featured this picture in his latest journal - thank you pal!

Few weeks ago I entered the "Best website of the month" contest by :iconfredrikweb:. Today he told me that I've won the contest with my new portfolio design. By winning this contest I got a Spotify account, which I think is a really cool thing, because people from Austria can't create an account there (don't ask me why!). Thank you Frederik!

In addition I updated a few things of my online portfolio. I haven't finished yet, because I still have not enough time to add all the missing content, but I'm goin to finish it in the end of June ... hopefully. [link]

Last week I became a member of Designer's Couch which has an own website now. I really like this site and I'm sure I'll upload some of my designs there. If you are also a member, feel free to add me. [link]

Anyway .. what would be the life without negative things? Last saturday the adapter of my external drive broke down because of a bad thunderstorm and now I'm sitting here without music, because my whole iTunes library is on it. Because of the holidays in Austria, I wasn't able to get a new adapter on the weekend ... bummer!
Furthermore I couldn't play tennis this weekend, because the strings of all my three rackets broke. I hope I'll get new strings until my next tournament ....
